Shoppers Stop reported September 2025 standalone revenue of Rs 1,175.31 crore, up 10.0% year on year, and a net loss of Rs 22.98 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 12.7% to Rs 1,256.62 crore, with a Rs 20.41 crore net loss. For the half year, consolidated revenue was Rs 2,417.71 crore and net loss Rs 36.44 crore. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 368.02 crore. Auditors highlighted Rs 20.11 crore of unprovided service tax pending a Supreme Court appeal; the review conclusion was not modified.
Sales growth did not prevent losses. The unresolved Rs 20.11 crore tax exposure may keep the stock under pressure.
