For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, consolidated revenue rose 12.7% to Rs1,256.62 crore, but net loss remained Rs20.41 crore against Rs20.59 crore a year earlier. H1 revenue rose 10.7% to Rs2,417.71 crore and loss narrowed to Rs35.84 crore from Rs43.31 crore. The unmodified review highlighted Rs20.11 crore of service tax not provided in accounts, pending a Supreme Court appeal. Prior-period results included a Rs2.05 crore fire-related exceptional item.
Revenue growth and a narrower half-year loss are positive, but continued quarterly losses and the Rs20.11 crore tax case may limit upside.
