Board approved un-audited Q3 and nine months FY26 results. Standalone Q3 revenue rose marginally to Rs 1,320.85 crore from Rs 1,311.46 crore a year ago, but net profit dropped sharply to Rs 12.61 crore from Rs 48.78 crore. For nine months, standalone net loss was Rs 27.96 crore against a small profit last year. Consolidated Q3 net profit was Rs 16.12 crore with a 9-month loss of Rs 19.72 crore. A one-time exceptional charge of Rs 17.49 crore (standalone) and Rs 17.69 crore (consolidated) was booked due to the new Labour Codes. Auditors flagged an emphasis of matter on the pending service tax dispute of Rs 16.60 crore (standalone) and Rs 20.11 crore (consolidated) before the Supreme Court.
Labour code one-time hit dragged earnings; service tax dispute unresolved. Watch margin recovery in coming quarters.
