Shraddha Prime Projects has announced three new land moves in Mumbai. It picked up development rights for an SRA scheme plot in Borivali East (about 3,951 sqm, yielding roughly 2 lakh sq ft of carpet area with an estimated gross development value of ₹400 crore). It also acquired development rights at Dadar West (about 2,008 sqm, around 70,000 sq ft carpet area, GDV of ₹500 crore). Separately, it outright purchased a land parcel at Bhandup (Nahur) measuring roughly 3,743 sqm, expected to yield about 1.5 lakh sq ft of carpet area with a GDV of ₹300 crore. Together, the three projects represent an estimated aggregate GDV of ₹1,200 crore. Managing Director Sudhir Mehta said the expansion aligns with the company's plan to grow its Mumbai portfolio.
This is a meaningful pipeline expansion, adding roughly 4.2 lakh sq ft of future development potential worth about ₹1,200 crore in expected value, which should support future revenue visibility. For shareholders, it is a positive growth signal, though actual realisation depends on SRA approvals, construction timelines and Mumbai real estate demand.
