Shree Ram Twistex filed a Q2 FY26 deviation report for its Rs 11,024 lakh IPO (Feb 2026). The company revised its Wind Power project from 4.2 MW to 3.1 MW, cutting allocation to Rs 2,511 lakh from Rs 3,900 lakh. Surplus of Rs 1,389 lakh was redirected to Machinery for Expansion (Rs 525.74 lakh) and SBI loan repayment (Rs 863.26 lakh). Shareholders approved this on June 1, 2026. Crisil is the monitoring agency.
Wind project delivered 6 months faster; surplus funds used to repay debt and buy machinery. Mildly positive for shareholders.
