Shree Refrigerations Ltd has won a Rs. 19.62 Crore order from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL), a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, to supply turnkey HVAC systems for 14 Fast Patrol Vessels (FPVs) being built for the Indian Coast Guard. Delivery is scheduled by September 19, 2029. This follows a larger Rs. 106.62 Crore order won on August 25, 2025 from Hindustan Shipyard Ltd for HVAC work on five Indian Navy Fleet Support Ships, and an ongoing similar project with Goa Shipyard Ltd for 8 vessels (first ship already delivered). The back-to-back wins position SRL as a key HVAC partner for India's defence shipbuilding programme.
