The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per equity share, equal to 325% of the Rs 2 face value, for financial year 2026-27. The record date is October 29, 2026, and payment is planned before November 20, 2026, subject to tax. Standalone profit after tax was Rs 3,677.03 crore for the second quarter and Rs 7,121.59 crore for the half-year. The Board also approved a plan to raise up to Rs 35,000 crore through debt securities.
Dividend offers eligible shareholders Rs 6.50 per share, subject to tax. The debt plan may support growth but could increase leverage.
