Shriram Finance reported unaudited Q2 FY26 total income of Rs 11,916.73 crore, up 18%, and PAT of Rs 2,307.18 crore, up 11%. H1 PAT rose 10% to Rs 4,462.91 crore. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 3,950.34 crore as loans expanded. Debt-equity eased to 3.88 times from 3.99. The board declared a Rs 4.80 per share interim dividend and sought approval to renew a limit for private debt placement of up to Rs 35,000 crore.
Profit growth and 240% dividend support sentiment, but negative operating cash flow and planned debt raising may keep funding and leverage in focus.
