Q2 FY27 standalone revenue from operations rose about 16% to Rs13,789.42 crore, while profit after tax jumped 59% to Rs3,677.03 crore. Half-year profit after tax was Rs7,121.59 crore, up about 60%, but operating cash flow was negative Rs23,029.42 crore. The board declared a 325% interim dividend of Rs6.50 per share and approved a plan to raise up to Rs35,000 crore through non-convertible debt, subject to shareholder approval.
Strong profit growth and the high dividend may support the stock, but negative operating cash flow and more debt funding may weigh on sentiment.
