The board approved unaudited September 2026 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 52% to Rs 1,548.2 crore and PAT rose 28% to Rs 182.3 crore; H1 PAT was Rs 310 crore. Standalone revenue rose 17.5%, but PAT fell 11.2% to Rs 118.9 crore. Consolidated operating cash flow was positive at Rs 168.2 crore. The prior year included a Rs 27.1 crore labour provision as an exceptional item. The August issue raised Rs 1,000 crore and lifted the share count.
Consolidated growth and positive cash flow support the stock, but the Rs 1,000 crore share issue dilutes existing holders and may limit per-share gains.
