The Board of Shriram Pistons & Rings approved its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) on August 1, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew to Rs 8,356 million from Rs 7,612 million in the same quarter last year, a rise of about 10%. Standalone profit after tax came in at Rs 1,298 million versus Rs 1,141 million, up roughly 14%, with EPS of Rs 29.46 (vs Rs 25.95). On a consolidated basis, revenue was Rs 9,633 million and PAT was Rs 1,349 million, reflecting the addition of newly acquired subsidiary Kama Intertech Private Limited (acquired April 1, 2025 for Rs 50 million). Statutory auditor Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
Steady single-digit revenue growth and mid-teen profit growth indicate stable operational performance, though growth rates are modest. The Kama Intertech acquisition modestly expands the consolidated base. A clean auditor review with no qualifications is a positive for shareholder confidence.
