Siemens Limited informed the exchanges about a change in its senior management on 17th July 2025. Mr. Aditya Rambaksh, who has been serving as the Interim Head of IT since 1st June 2025, has been confirmed as the permanent IT Head of the Company with effect from 1st August 2025. He will also continue in his existing role as Regional IT Head for Digital Industries. Mr. Rambaksh has over 20 years of experience within Siemens, with a background in large-scale IT projects including M&A. The Managing Director, Sunil Mathur, remains unchanged in his role.
