Megasoft Limited's Board has noted the NCLT Chennai order dated December 16, 2025 sanctioning the amalgamation of Sigma Advanced Systems Private Limited into Megasoft Limited, effective December 31, 2025 with an appointed date of April 1, 2024. The share exchange ratio is 316 equity shares of Megasoft (face value INR 10) for every 100 equity shares of Sigma Advanced Systems Private Limited, with a record date of January 14, 2026.
