Sigma Advanced Systems will acquire 100% of UK-based Bromford Precision Solutions for about GBP 11.89 million (around INR 153 crore), expected to close by end July 2026. The deal is at about 4.6x EV/EBITDA. Bromford makes high-precision aeroengine rings approved by Rolls-Royce and Siemens. Plans include margin expansion via India manufacturing shift, automation, and deeper OEM penetration. The deal strengthens Sigma's position in the Rolls-Royce supply chain and complements its UK unit Nasmyth Group.
