Sigma Advanced Systems has secured a US$19.7 million (around Rs. 174 crore) order from a North American NATO customer for specialised ancillary subsystems for 155 mm artillery ammunition. Execution is scheduled by Q2 2027 within the Sigma ecosystem. This is the company's fifth 155 mm engagement since May 2026, following wins including filled fuzes worth US$11.4M, M107 shell bodies at US$21.97M and base-bleed shell bodies at US$104.9M. The new order expands Sigma beyond component supply into integrated manufacturing and engineering across the artillery ammunition value chain.
Adds about Rs. 174 crore to order book; fifth 155mm win in five months signals strong order momentum and a move up the defence value chain.
