Sigma Solve Limited has informed the stock exchanges that two of its directors resigned on March 16, 2026. Mr. Sharmil Sanjay Gandhi stepped down as an Independent Director, having been on the board only since July 30, 2025. Mr. Nitin Pramukhlal Patel also resigned as a Non-Executive Director, after being associated with the company since February 21, 2019. Both cited pre-occupation with other work and personal reasons, and stated there are no other material reasons for their departure. The Managing Director, Mr. Prakash Ratilal Parikh, continues in his role, and the company has filed the required disclosures under SEBI's Listing Regulations.
Two board-level exits in a single day may raise minor governance questions for shareholders, but the reasons given are routine (preoccupation) with no disputes flagged. Investors may want to watch for timely appointment of new directors to maintain board composition requirements.
