Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Signature Global reported Q2FY27 pre-sales of INR 18.3 billion, down 9% YoY, but collections jumped 51% QoQ to INR 10.1 billion. The company sold 454 housing units, up 101% QoQ. Average sales realization rose 12.3% to INR 17,122 per sq. ft. from INR 15,250 in FY26. Added 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram with around 6.77 million sq. ft. development potential. Net debt rose to INR 4.5 billion from INR 2.0 billion at end of FY26, while cash and bank balances stand at INR 24.2 billion.
Mixed signals: YoY pre-sales softened but stronger QoQ collections and rising realization point to healthy pricing power and demand.
