Silgo Retail has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL), a state government power distribution company, for setting up 5.50 MW of grid-connected solar power plants across 3 sites under the PMKUSUM Component A Scheme. The project involves an investment of about Rs. 19.50 crore (including GST) and is expected to generate annual revenue of approximately Rs. 2.68 crore at a fixed tariff of Rs. 3.04 per unit. Silgo will also handle operations and maintenance for 25 years from the date of commissioning, with execution targeted by FY 2026-27. This is a follow-up to an earlier announcement dated September 16, 2025, indicating the company is winning multiple orders under the same government scheme.
This is a positive development as it adds a long-term government-backed revenue stream with 25 years of O&M visibility. However, the annual revenue contribution of ~Rs. 2.68 crore is modest, so the near-term stock impact may be limited unless more such orders follow.
