Simplex Castings held its 46th AGM on September 16, 2026 via video conference from 3:00 PM to 3:27 PM. All 6 directors including 3 independent directors attended. Statutory and Secretarial Auditor reports had no qualifications. Six resolutions were tabled: approval of FY26 audited financials, reappointment of Director Sajal Kumar Ghosh, two statutory auditor appointments, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, and appointment of Mrs Smita Thakur as Independent Director for 5 years.
