Singer India's Board, on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved appointing M/s SKG and Co., Cost and Management Accountants (FRN 000418), as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 via a resolution passed by circulation on September 24, 2026. The appointment is made under Section 148 of the Companies Act, 2013.
