Siti Networks changes statutory auditor; DNS and Associates resigns

Siti Networks, currently under insolvency resolution since February 2023, has appointed M/s Vijaya Gupta and Co as its new statutory auditor after M/s DNS and Associates resigned. The change was approved by the Committee of Creditors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The new auditor will conduct statutory audits for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27, plus limited reviews for specified quarters. Vijaya Gupta and Co, established in 1977, has over 45 years of experience serving listed companies.
Auditor change during ongoing insolvency is a routine IBC-driven process. No direct effect on shareholders, but reflects status of CIRP proceedings.
