Siyaram Silk Mills has increased its authorized share capital from Rs 12 crore to Rs 328.84 crore following NCLT approval of its Scheme of Arrangement, with order dated 21 July 2026. The rise is mainly in redeemable preference shares, which went from 7.5 lakh to about 31.76 crore shares of Rs 10 each. Equity share capital stays unchanged at 5.5 crore shares of Rs 2 each. The scheme became effective on 30 July 2026 and Clause V of the MOA has been amended.
No dilution to existing equity holders as equity capital is unchanged. The restructuring aligns the capital structure with the NCLT-approved scheme.
