On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.5 pts less than its Heavy Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
India Ratings reported that Skipper fully used the ₹433.5 crore raised through 92,23,402 preferential shares at ₹470 each by 30 September 2026. About ₹327.5 crore repaid working-capital loans and cash-credit facilities; ₹106 crore funded operations, salaries, letter-of-credit payments and statutory dues. There was no deviation from the issue objectives, no proceeds remained unutilised, and borrowing limits can be redrawn.
Repaying loans may ease cash flow and cut interest costs. Full planned use is positive, but no earnings guidance or price catalyst is given.
