Skipper Ltd informs shareholders about TDS on dividend for FY2025-26

Skipper Ltd has shared its TDS communication on the dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share (face value Rs 1) for FY25-26. AGM is on 15 Sept 2026 and record date is 8 Sept 2026. TDS will be 10 percent for residents with valid PAN and 20 percent without PAN or if PAN-Aadhaar is not linked.
