On the reaction day the stock moved 3.7 pts less than its Gems Jewellery And Watches peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sky Gold and Diamonds will hold its first EGM on 18 November 2026 via video conferencing. Shareholders will vote on raising up to ₹1,800 crore through securities, including equity, convertible and non-convertible debentures, warrants, ADRs, GDRs and foreign currency convertible bonds. Issues may use public, rights, institutional placement, preferential or debt routes. Remote voting runs 15-17 November, with 11 November as the eligibility cut-off.
Approval could boost funding capacity, but equity-linked securities may dilute holdings and debt could increase leverage and repayment risk.
