Brace Port Logistics, Skyways Air Services' material subsidiary, agreed to acquire 76% of Sageroute Logistics for up to Rs 76,000 in cash. It also plans to inject Rs 75.24 lakh into the target. Sageroute was incorporated on July 28, 2026, has no past turnover and operates in logistics, transport, freight forwarding, warehousing and supply chain services. Completion is expected within 30 days, subject to statutory requirements.
The deal may expand the group's logistics reach and create synergies, but the target is newly formed with no turnover, so immediate earnings impact is likely limited.
