On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts more than its Diversified Commercial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Smartworks will fully acquire WorkStudio Spaces Pte. Ltd., a Singapore flex space provider, through its wholly owned subsidiary, making it a step-down subsidiary. It is a related party transaction since a promoter-Director's immediate relative has interest in the target's holding company, but done at arm's length. WorkStudio turnover since incorporation to March 2026 was about INR 5.09 crore. The deal grows Smartworks' Singapore portfolio to 4 centres covering around 76,000 sq ft, more than doubling its footprint. Expected to close by July 2026.
International expansion strengthens Singapore presence. Related party tag may draw investor scrutiny. Deal value not yet disclosed.
