Smartworks Coworking Spaces' wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary will acquire WorkStudio Spaces Pte. Ltd., adding about 26,000 sq ft of coworking capacity expected to be completed by July 2026. This will grow Smartworks' Singapore portfolio to 4 centers with about 76,000 sq ft, more than doubling its footprint there in 2 years. No investment is required from the parent company. Existing operational capacity stands at 10.1 million sq ft at 82% utilization as of March 2026.
