For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, consolidated revenue was Rs532.45 crore and profit after tax Rs28.23 crore, versus Rs440.27 crore and Rs20.91 crore a year earlier. Half-year revenue rose to Rs1,047.53 crore from Rs865.20 crore, while profit rose to Rs64.96 crore from Rs50.05 crore. The company also raised Rs150 crore through listed debentures and proposed up to Rs1,106 crore from convertible warrants, subject to approvals.
Higher profit and completed fundraising are positive, but proposed warrants could add 1 crore shares and dilute existing shareholders if converted.
