Ms. Manaswini Goel, currently CFO for Aerospace, Advanced Technologies, and Trucks and Buses at Mahindra Group, will serve as Interim CFO from 20th October to 31st December 2026. Mr. Surender Kalra, currently VP Finance at Swaraj Division, will take over as full-time CFO from 1st January 2027. Mr. Ashudeep Saddi appointed as CHRO from 19th October 2026.
