Board approved Q2 FY27 results and a leadership change. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Thirumalesh Tumma resigned for personal reasons, effective 4 November 2026. Manohar Mollama, with over 16 years in corporate governance, takes over from 5 November. Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 316.1 crore, up from Rs 242.4 crore a year ago, and net profit Rs 39.9 crore versus Rs 25.3 crore. Half-year revenue Rs 523.1 crore, profit Rs 60.8 crore.
Strong profit growth should support the stock, but the company secretary change may draw some governance attention.
