SMS Pharmaceuticals reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue of Rs 88,687 lakhs (up 13.3% from Rs 78,275 lakhs) and standalone net profit of Rs 8,761 lakhs (up 28.1% from Rs 6,838 lakhs). Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 10,199 lakhs, up 47.5% YoY. EPS improved to Rs 9.58 standalone and Rs 11.15 consolidated. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.40 per share (40%). Key changes include appointment of M/s. Annapragada & Co. as Cost Auditor and re-appointment of M/s. Adusumilli & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. The company also approved shifting its registered office within Hyderabad from May 25, 2026.
