Standalone quarter ended September 30, 2026: revenue from operations rose 8.7% to Rs 1,605 lakh from Rs 1,477 lakh, and profit after tax rose 5.5% to Rs 309 lakh from Rs 293 lakh a year ago. Profit before interest, tax and depreciation fell to 25.3% of revenue from 27.1%. Standalone half-year revenue was Rs 3,130 lakh and PAT Rs 655 lakh, vs Rs 2,714 lakh and Rs 564 lakh. Interim dividend of Rs 6 per share declared; record date November 11, 2026.
Profit growth and a Rs 6 interim dividend may support the stock, but lower margins and slower profit growth may cap gains.
