Standalone results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 show revenue from operations up 8.7% to Rs 1,605 lakh from Rs 1,477 lakh a year earlier, and profit after tax up 5.5% to Rs 309 lakh from Rs 293 lakh. The margin before other income, interest, depreciation and tax fell 1.8 percentage points to 25.3% from 27.1%. The Board declared a Rs 6 per share interim dividend, equal to 60% of face value, payable within 30 days.
Revenue and profit grew modestly, but the lower margin may limit gains. The Rs 6 dividend supports shareholder returns but will reduce cash.
