On the reaction day the stock moved 3.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.0 pts less than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Q2 FY27 revenue was Rs 163.56 crore, up 5.1% year on year. Net profit was Rs 0.96 crore versus a loss of Rs 2.91 crore. H1 revenue rose 7.2% to Rs 341.24 crore, while net profit was Rs 5.50 crore versus a Rs 0.07 crore loss. Operating cash flow was Rs 44.25 crore, and the auditor reported no material misstatement. A Rs 1.62 crore employee-cost reversal linked to labour rules was an exceptional item in the June quarter.
Profit recovery and cash flow help, but thin margins, tax disputes and an unresolved land purchase from a related company may weigh on sentiment.
