Snowman Logistics reported FY'26 total income of ₹608 crore, up 9.2% YoY, with EBITDA at ₹94.5 crore and margin at 15.5%. Q4FY26 revenue was ₹143 crore with EBITDA margin of 17.3%. The warehousing segment grew 11.7% YoY (₹253 crore) and trading & distribution grew 22.5% (₹225 crore), while transportation declined 11.3% to ₹126 crore due to strategic migration from 3PL to the higher-value 5PL model. The company commissioned 4 new facilities in FY'26 (Kolkata, Krishnapatnam, Kundli, Jaipur) adding ~17,000 pallet positions, with a further 13,000 positions under development at Pune and Patna. Net income includes a ~₹2.7 crore exceptional charge from newly notified Labour Codes.
The strategic shift to 5PL services is expected to improve long-term margins and customer retention despite near-term revenue pressure from the transportation segment. The continued capacity expansion positions the company for sustained growth in India's cold chain logistics market.
