Solar Industries India has secured an additional order worth INR 1,746 Crores from Coal India Limited (awarded on behalf of its subsidiaries) for the supply of Bulk Explosives, to be delivered over two years. This is a domestic order and is not a related-party transaction. Together with an earlier order of INR 483 Crores from SECL (a Coal India subsidiary) received on October 8, 2025, total order inflow from Coal India now stands at INR 2,229 Crores. The order was disclosed under SEBI's Regulation 30 listing requirements, and no promoter or group company has any interest in the awarding entity.
This is a sizeable order that significantly adds to the company's order book and provides strong revenue visibility over the next two years, likely to be viewed positively by the market given the size and the creditworthy PSU counterparty.
