H1 FY27 (ended September 30, 2026): consolidated revenue rose 40% to Rs 8,705.68 lakh from Rs 6,207.90 lakh, helped by a new UAE unit, but profit was flat at Rs 591.31 lakh and EPS slipped to Rs 12.45. Standalone revenue fell 10% to Rs 5,561.36 lakh and profit fell 75% to Rs 149.46 lakh. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 36.43 lakh. Auditor review was unmodified. The MOU to buy Holkar Somnath Milk and Agro Products was ended.
Negative cash flow and a 75% fall in standalone profit are concerns, offset partly by 40% consolidated revenue growth. Receivables rose sharply.
