Appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

SPA Capital Services Ltd has appointed Mr. Sumit as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from October 06, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on the same day, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Sumit brings over 14 years of experience in accounts, finance, internal audit, and MIS, and holds an MBA in Finance from MDU University, Rohtak. The board meeting lasted from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, and Chairman cum Managing Director Sandeep Parwal authorized the filing of necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies and stock exchanges.
