On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.8 pts more than its Restaurants peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NCLT Kolkata has sanctioned the scheme to demerge a 0.96-acre leasehold land in Bhubaneshwar (non-core surplus asset) from Speciality Restaurants into wholly-owned Speciality Hotels India Pvt Ltd, with appointed date 1 October 2022. After errors were found in the August order, the NCLT issued a rectification order on 29 October 2025. The scheme will take effect once the certified order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.
SRL shareholders will be allotted shares in Speciality Hotels India per the scheme. Only idle land is being moved, not the core restaurant business.
