SPML Infra has been awarded a Rs. 1,073 Crore (inclusive of GST) contract by Indore Municipal Corporation to augment the city's water supply system under the central government's AMRUT 2.0 initiative. The project includes construction of a 1,650 MLD raw water intake, a 400 MLD water treatment plant, 22 km of large-diameter transmission pipeline, and a 132/33 kV substation. The EPC work is to be completed in 30 months, followed by a 10-year operation and maintenance (O&M) contract with built-in escalation provisions.
