SRG Fingrow Finance Ltd, a small NBFC listed on BSE's SME platform, reported its H1 FY26 results (half year ended 30 Sep 2025) with revenue from operations of ₹58.70 lakhs, down from ₹65.29 lakhs in H1 FY25, a decline of about 10%. Profit before tax fell to ₹19.72 lakhs (vs ₹23.28 lakhs) and net profit after tax came in at ₹14.98 lakhs (vs ₹17.75 lakhs), a drop of roughly 15.6%. Basic EPS stood at ₹0.28 versus ₹0.33 in the prior-year period. On the positive side, reserves and surplus rose to ₹953.73 lakhs and the company generated positive operating cash flow of ₹31.33 lakhs, reversing last year's negative operating cash flow. Cash and bank balances stood at ₹275.95 lakhs, up from ₹218.27 lakhs a year earlier.
A modest slowdown in top line and profitability signals weaker core lending activity, but the swing to positive operating cash flow and a stable reserves base suggest balance sheet health is intact for now. Minor negative read for the stock given declining earnings, though the scale of operations remains very small.
