Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles 62nd AGM: 3 resolutions pass, MoA amendment special resolution fails

Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles (Arni) Limited held its 62nd AGM on August 26, 2026 via video conferencing.
