Srinibas Pradhan Constructions (SPCON) held its 6th AGM on 30 September 2026 and submitted the scrutineer's report. All four resolutions passed with 100 percent votes in favour: adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26; re-appointment of Mrs Jyotshna Pradhan as director (retires by rotation); approval under Section 180(1)(a) for charge creation on company assets; and approval under Section 185 for loans and guarantees.
