On October 31, 2025, Standard Scigenics Private Limited, the company's subsidiary, signed agreements to acquire Scigenics (India) Private Limited's engineering-products business for Rs 9 crore in cash. The purchase covers the business, not shares, and will close after agreed conditions are met. The target reported turnover of Rs 2,923.69 lakh in FY2024-25.
The acquisition could broaden product lines and support growth, but completion remains conditional and the financial impact has not been disclosed.
