Stanley Lifestyles has terminated Mr. Mukesh Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with immediate effect from August 5, 2026. The company cited acts of moral turpitude including alleged misappropriations as the reason, saying these were inconsistent with the duties of the role. The management will appoint a suitable replacement and make further stock exchange disclosures. The termination was signed off by Chairman and Whole Time Director Sunil Suresh.
Negative governance signal. Alleged misappropriation by a compliance officer may invite regulatory scrutiny and hurt short-term investor confidence.
