Star Health Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) standalone results: Insurance revenue Rs 4,917 crore vs Rs 4,671 crore in Q1 FY26, up around 5 percent. Profit after tax about Rs 438 crore, flat on a restated Ind AS basis. Combined ratio improved to 90.93 percent from 92.00 percent. Solvency ratio 2.09x. Board also approved reclassifying 97 promoter group entities (Jhunjhunwala family) as public shareholders and full redemption of 4,700 listed NCDs due September and October 2026. First reporting under new Ind AS framework.
Stable profitability and improved combined ratio support business. Ind AS adoption may distort year-on-year comparisons. NCD redemption reduces debt.
