State Bank of India reported audited standalone net profit of Rs 80,032 Crore for FY2025-26, up 12.9% from Rs 70,901 Crore in the previous year. Total income grew 7% to Rs 7,09,617 Crore. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 83,299 Crore, up 7.4% year-on-year. The Board declared dividend of Rs 17.35 per share (1735%) for FY2025-26 with record date May 16, 2026 and payment date June 4, 2026. An exceptional profit of Rs 4,593 Crore was recognized from divestment of 13.18% stake in Yes Bank in September 2025. Asset quality improved with gross NPA at 1.49% (down from 1.82%) and net NPA at 0.39% (down from 0.47%). Capital adequacy ratio remains robust at 15.40% under Basel III.
