Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
SBI told exchanges its subsidiary SBI Funds Management (SBIFM) IPO price band is fixed at Rs 545 to Rs 574 per share (face value Rs 1). Eligible employees get Rs 54 discount per share. The IPO is fully an Offer for Sale - SBI divesting 6.30 percent and Amundi India Holding divesting 3.70 percent of SBIFM equity. Bidding closes July 16, 2026; allotment expected around July 18, 2026.
Positive for SBI as it confirms monetisation of its SBIFM stake. No fresh equity dilution; SBI only sells existing holdings, unlocking value.
