Statutory Auditor resigns mid-term; Mohandas and Co appointed as replacement

Aadhaar Ventures India's statutory auditor M/s Rishi Sekhri and Associates resigned effective September 01, 2026, about two years before the scheduled end of their term at the 2028 AGM. Reason cited was ongoing professional commitments and pre-occupations. The auditor confirmed no governance concerns, no management-imposed limitations, and no issues obtaining audit evidence. To fill the casual vacancy, the Board appointed M/s Mohandas and Co (FRN 106529W), headed by CA Belle Mohandas Shetty, until the next AGM.
